School of Medicine鈥檚 rural education program celebrates 40th anniversary

With a name that sounds like it packs a wallop, the UW School of Medicine鈥檚 multi-regional
medical program, WWAMI, is celebrating 40 years鈥攁nd some serious accomplishments.
鈥淥ne of the great things about WWAMI is that students can tailor their education to what they鈥檙e interested in,鈥� says Dr. Suzanne Allen, Vice Chair for Regional Affairs in the UW School of Medicine. 鈥淭hey can have an 花季传媒 in inner-city Seattle. They can have an international 花季传媒. They can have a rural-medicine 花季传媒. There are really a lot of opportunities for them.鈥�
