IT Services Virtual Server Maintenance

IT Services will be performing maintenance and enhancements to the virtual server environment beginning on Friday, June 2 at 10 p.m. through Monday, June 5 at 5 a.m. The work being performed will improve the performance and reliability of our virtual environment and is necessary for our continued operations.
This planned maintenance will mean that many UAA data systems served out of the UAA
virtual server environment will be intermittently unavailable during the scheduled
time period. Many of our systems are configured with high availability in mind. Outages
should be minimal or short in duration. The most significant outage will be to the
UAA file server environment. Systems of importance like this will be prioritized to
be migrated during overnight hours when usage is lowest.
Systems and services not hosted in UAA's server environment will continue to be fully
available. This includes all network and internet services, OIT-hosted systems such
as Banner or UAOnline, and cloud services such as Google Workspace, TeamDynamix, Microsoft
365, Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, etc.
